We have a state-of-the-art corrugator that operates at a high speed of 150 meters per minute and can produce single wall and double wall boxes with a multitude of flute profiles of A,B,C BC, AB, BB. We have also installed a floor-mounted conveyor system that efficiently handles the corrugated boards coming out of the corrugator. In addition, we have 2 to 3 color high-speed printer slotting machines that operate at high speed and come equipped with rotary die cutters, equipped with 3 hi-tech printing machines with a die cutter and automatic partition assembler machine.
Our fully automatic folder gluer/folder stitcher is capable of producing up to 20,000 of carton boxes per hour, and can deliver up to an impressive 6000 sheets per hour with its auto bundler. To efficiently handle paper reels, we have a forklift equipped with a paper roll clamp for efficient movement of the reels.
